This anime is about a Korean girl, Song Jihyun, who works as a prestigious surgeon and saves people’s lives every day. However, at one moment her life is cut short – the plane on which Son Jihyun was on board crashes. At that moment, the heroine is transported to her past life – it turns out that before becoming a surgeon, Jihyun was a tough and impudent empress named Eliza de Clorance.
The girl remembers her past life and decides to correct the mistakes she made as a ruler. She wants to use her knowledge of modern medicine to help her people. Her goal now is to save lives, not take them.
